How your orders are shipped

All orders are shipped via tracked express courier. After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your delivery in real-time.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first available business day.

What to do in case of problems

If the package arrives damaged or does not match the order:

  1. Immediately report to the courier and sign the delivery document WITH RESERVATION
  2. Take photos of the packaging and the damaged product

We will arrange for replacement or refund as soon as possible.
