Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

Had a change of mind about your purchase? You can return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without having to provide any reason, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

How to Request a Return

  1. Send an email to info@essentiapuglia.com with the subject line "RETURN – Order No. [number]" within 14 days of receipt.
  2. You will receive confirmation and return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Carefully pack the products in their original packaging.
  4. Ship the package to: Essentia Puglia, Via San Francesco, 24 – 72015 Fasano (BR).
  5. Keep the tracking number for the return shipment.

Conditions for Return

Products must be returned:

  • Undamaged and unused
  • In their original sealed packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and accompanying documentation

ATTENTION: For hygienic reasons, returns of cosmetic products and perfumes with an opened or removed protective seal are not accepted, pursuant to Article 59, letter e) of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Return Costs

Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the following cases:

  • Defective product or product not conforming to the order
  • Shipping error on our part

In these cases, Essentia Puglia will provide a pre-paid return label or refund documented shipping costs.

Refund

After receiving and verifying the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund includes the price of the returned products and the original shipping costs (only in case of complete withdrawal from the order).

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer.

Defective or Incorrect Product

If you have received a defective product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@essentiapuglia.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
