How can I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel an order that has already been submitted?
Contact us immediately at info@essentiapuglia.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to accommodate you. Once shipped, you can return it upon receipt.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, immediately after your purchase you will receive a confirmation email. Please also check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, advance bank transfer, and cash on delivery (with an additional charge of €5.00).
Is the payment secure?
Yes. All online transactions take place via encrypted SSL connection. Card data is handled directly by certified payment providers; Essentia Puglia never stores your payment data.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders starting from €100.00. For smaller orders, the cost is €9.90 including VAT. For international shipments, the cost is calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For Italy: 2–3 business days from shipment. For EU and non-EU countries, times vary; please contact us for specific information.
How can I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your package directly on the courier's website.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is intact and in its original sealed packaging. Cosmetic products with an open seal cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
How is the refund processed?
The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Yes, our products are inspired by the traditions and ingredients of the land of Puglia. For detailed information on ingredients (INCI), please consult the product sheets or labels.
Are cosmetic products safe?
All Essentia Puglia cosmetic products comply with EC Regulation No. 1223/2009 and have passed the safety tests required by European legislation.
